Our 200-hour teacher training course will offer you all of this, and more.
During this training, you will learn the fundamentals of intelligent sequencing and instruction. Teaching with integrity is much deeper than simply choreographing and involves more than just leading students through a routine. This course is designed to give you the knowledge, skills, and tools to teach something meaningful in each class. This course will help you develop a voice that offers students an integrative, unique experience to help them grow within themselves and within their practice. As a teacher, you will expand the potential you have within your practice and develop your own, unique style as a teacher.

11 Training Weeks
15 hours per week:
170 Group Training Hours + 30 Hours of Mentorship and Personal Practice (Flexible Schedule)
April: 5-7, 12-14, 19+20, 26-28
May: 3-5, 10-12, 17-19, 24+25, 31
June: 1+2, 7-9
(Off Easter Sunday + Sunday before Memorial Day)
11 Total Training Weeks
$2,850 if paid in full by January 25th, 2019
$3,000 if paid in full by February 25th, 2019
$3,125 if paid after February 25th, 2019
Optional Payment Plan: 5 Monthly Payments of $625

Tuition for pre-certified teachers: $1500
Our curriculum is not limited to one style or one avenue of the yoga practice. You will explore the following, and much more:
Vinyasa || Hatha || Yin || Restorative || Ashtanga || Iyengar || Viniyoga || Gentle Yoga || Beginner Yoga
Study the alignment of the yoga postures in a way that is unique to the individual while accessing universal, accessible cues to guide ALL students. Learn modifications, intelligent use of props and functional instruction.
Philosophy and History of Yoga:
Learn the origin of Yoga and how the lineages have evolved over time to bring us modern yoga.
Study anatomy with Doctor Annaliese Dennis. The knowledge of the body and the way that it works will unlock a new potential for understanding your own practice, as well as your ability to help your students grow within themselves.
Finding your Voice:
Professor Susan Houts will guide us through a process of overcoming fear or apprehension of public speaking.
Adjustments + Assists:
Learn safe hands on assists to guide your students.
Design thoughtful classes that allow your students to progress toward their potential.
Explore the many ways to practice your yoga off the mat! Learn about nutrition, self care and personal habits that will allow you to flourish.
Explore a plethora of possibility for teaching in your own unique style.
Business of Yoga:
Learn how to market yourself and grow and as a yoga teacher in the real world.
Minimum six months of a consistent yoga practice or equivalent training, prior to start date.
